Choir Concert Sound Set Up

Trevor Gipper is out of town on Monday. We need to set up sound before Monday in order to have it ready for Monday. I have checked and rechecked and the gym appears to be free starting at 12 on Sat. I would like to reserve it the rest of the day so that we can set up and then so the sound will not be touched until we ge there to use it on Monday.
